We respect the privacy of all K-TAG account holders. The account information is for the use of the Kansas Turnpike Authority, its authorized agents or its employees. The account information is used for the purpose of billing account holders, deducting toll charges, enforcing toll collection laws and related regulations or to enforce the provisions of an account holder agreement.
We DO NOT sell or share our K-TAG customer list with outside marketers.
Although certain limited account information is subject to the Kansas Open Records Act, it is our interpretation of K.S. A. 45-216, that personal financial information and vehicle movement records or other information compiled from transactions, cannot be compelled to be disclosed and it is our policy not to disclose such information concerning a K-TAG account unless required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or in connection with a criminal law enforcement inquiry.
Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and , if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email or regular mail notification of Privacy Policy changes to K-TAG account holders).
